1. Introduction

Welcome to Activiews! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Activiews mobile application (the “App”), developed by Ahmet Ömer. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Activiews is a fitness companion app designed to visualize and map your walking, running, and cycling activities using data from Apple’s Health app. The App is:

Free to download
Functional offline (internet connection is needed to properly display maps)
Available without registration or login

Full access is available through either a one-time in-app purchase or a monthly subscription.

3. In-App Purchase and Subscription

Activiews offers two ways to unlock full access to premium features:

Lifetime Access: A one-time in-app purchase of €29.99
Activiews Plus (Monthly Subscription): A recurring monthly subscription of €1.99

Details:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase or subscription.
The monthly subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID settings.
You can restore purchases (both one-time and subscriptions) from within the App if reinstalling or switching devices.

4. Refunds

All payments are handled by Apple. Refunds are issued solely at Apple’s discretion, and users seeking a refund must follow Apple’s refund request process through their App Store account.

5. User Data and Privacy

Activiews does not require registration and does not collect any personal information. Health data accessed from Apple’s Health app is processed locally on your device and never uploaded or transmitted externally.

To help improve the app experience and understand feature usage, Activiews uses Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google. This integration is limited to anonymous usage tracking only, such as:

When the app is opened
Which features or screens are used
General interaction duration

No personal data is collected or stored—this includes no access to your name, IP address, email, device identifiers, or any health-related or sensitive information. The analytics data is strictly aggregated and cannot be traced back to any individual user. Users may opt out of analytics tracking by adjusting their device settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All visualizations, design elements, and generated content within Activiews are the property of the developer. However, users may freely use and share their generated activity maps for personal or non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Activiews is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted operation. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected within the App or the App Store listing. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
